This site is deliberately simple about data. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track your visit. This page sets out exactly what happens to anything you type into it.
What we receive
The forms on this site do not post to our servers. What you enter is assembled into WhatsApp message text inside your own browser. It reaches us only when you press send in your WhatsApp app. Until that moment it never leaves your device.
Why we process it
We use what you send solely to answer your enquiry, to develop the colour formulation you have asked for, and to follow up on your production requirements.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
None. This site sets no cookies, uses no browser storage, and loads no analytics or third-party tracking scripts. Its typefaces are self-hosted, so opening a page makes no request to any third-party server.
Third parties
The only third-party service involved is WhatsApp, and only if you choose to contact us there. That conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) you have the right to access, correct, update and restrict the processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to request erasure. Contact us using the details below to exercise any of these.
Security
Because the site stores no data, there is no visitor database to breach. Correspondence we receive is held in our business communication systems and is accessible only to staff who need it.
